I was misinformed by a staff member. I tried to cash a check but the check was made out to both me and my wife. Easy fix, I just needed to bring my wife with me next time. The check did have a mobile deposit checkmark on it from a failed attempt at a deposit and I was told on my first visit that this wouldn't be an issue.
