Latrice was extremely polite and extremely helpful even when I thought I messed up she was able to correct my mistake and made my visit extremely delightful. Thank you Latrice keep up the good customer service.
Very rude. Started off nice but treated me as if my check was fraudulent.. didn’t give me a clear estimate as to verification time frame and told me that if I called to verify and check on my check again the company would just toss my check out.
Veryyyyy rude. Don't want to do their job. like they had an attitude i wanted to cash my check there because I interrupt them scrolling on social media
