I don't usually leave reviews, but I had a very disappointing experience here. The employee named Katherine (she looked short and was wearing a lot of makeup) provided very poor customer service. I had trouble hearing what she said, so I politely asked her to repeat herself. Instead of responding professionally, she became defensive and raised her voice.
