Gigi went above and beyond for me. She really jumped through hoops to make sure everything was handled the right way and didn’t rush the process. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, not just doing a job. Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. I truly appreciate the patience, professionalism, and positive attitude. Online said that they do loans, get there,wait in line, get to the window, the teller says they don't do that. They need to get it together. In person and online
If I could give less I would… brought a $150 check to be cashed by these folks… you would have swore it was for $1.5 million. Was asked for a number to call to verify. Unfortunately didn’t have one. Did find one on the writers facebook page, but was told that wasn’t valid and the rep wouldn’t even try to call… poor customer service, poor business practices.
