I had two checks for a settlement from a lawsuit against the Columbus Board of education in Columbus Ohio. The bank the checks were drawn on Key Bank would not cash or verify the checks for deposit mobile/brick deposit. The manager at PLS Brenda and the teller Yolonda were amazing! They called and (chewed out) the parties involved and got my settlement checks cashed. From my family to yours THANK YOU!
Not sure how much power the GM here has, but to send someone to the bank they received a check from for verification as they said. Then to have them also call the same bank and speak to Teller at the bank for further verification. Mind you it's 89° outside and bank was in GC, traffic, and waiting to be seen all took time. Only to return and have the GM tell the PLS worker HE DOESN'T want to cash the check. Terrible please if you have any other options USE THEM 1ST before going to this location.

I want to give a special thanks to this PlS for going above and beyond what they should do for their customers. They know their procedures and they stick to them and that's what is important to customers like me we want to get In-N-Out without any Hassles. The management team there is great they will answer any questions that you have if there's any situations they will work it out and figure it out together they know Their stuff!!! I went to PLS on mound st about 6:30pm Saturday evening to help my son cash his first check. Thanks to Talisa hopefully I am spelling it correctly. She made his first time cashing super easy. She's a star an went above an beyond to help us out.
