.Don't normally come to the West Ave. location but stopped in to cash a check real quick. .Typed out a specific message "just tell me the fee amount and please don't count out loud." .She read it for a while and did EXACTLY what I requested NOT to do as other customers are inside the building. .I show her my message again, she speaks to a coworker, the coworker reads it and says "sorry it's policy." ..So, Your Policy is More Important Than My Safety(?!). .Well, I'll stick to other locations that honor my request(s) with Zero... read more
