Came in to cash a paycheck and they made me wait for over twenty minutes while they "input my info into the system." They had me stand to one side while another employee went on break, then after the wait, said my check was a fake and refused to give it back. Ha! I guess they are not used to the amount I was paid, but literally seemed too lazy to even verify with my employer...! the fees are too high and the employees were rude saying I wasnt "the only person needing to cash a check today" .... more concerning was the sketchy atmosphere, they literally had two people depositing a bunch of iphones into one of those eco atms that recycle phones and pay cash... not too judge but the two people were homeless looking and had a backpack they just kept pulling iphones out of, idk if they were casing the customers once we got our cash but it felt very unsafe. when I asked about the phones they said they had... read more

the service was extremely slow and even though there were two employees counting money in the back they refused to come help the long line if customers waiting to cash checks

Thank you Carolina, thank you Deborah. Thank you Deborah for your excellent service. These ladies, are top notch going above and beyond excellent customer service. These ladies helped me with my situation and were able to process my check immediately. Unbelievable! These ladies work long hours. 365 days 24/7. That's what you call customer service and at that it was customer service with a smile. Thank you, Carolina!!
