Well, after cashing a check for me with no problems and a wonderful experience. I go back and I am told to go elsewhere to cash my 401k check, with no explanation of why. Seems to me that they really don't care about making it easy for everyone to cash a check. The only reason for the two stars is for the young lady that assisted me at the beginning she deserves a raise or promotion.
Went to get copies for important documents, and they attended me super fast , staff was all nice and respectful with customers, Monika was a great employee who got the copies done fast and will definitely come back!!!!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Mariah and Jasmine at the 7421 South Penn location you both rock! Very helpful, answered all my questions and got me through there quickly. It's rare to find such knowledgeable enthusiastic employees these days. You both made me feel comfortable and you were very helpful and knowledgeable with assisting me with my debit card. Your both great, thank you.
