This is the worse PLS in the city of Louisville. I went in there this morning to put changed in coinstar. The worker there was very rude and disrespectful. He even said “yall think yall come in here running stuff” he already had a chip on his shoulder but it did not need to be taken out on me. He was super frustrated and had no patience. He yelled and cussed at me and I didn’t do anything of that to him. The whole experience was horrible. Called to get info..and they were super Sketchy...like preying on the poor..even had a smile in the voice whilst doin so..no thank u..goodbye
Manager is terrible, did not want to verify my settlement check with the correct business. I can’t remember her name but I believe it starts with an A. Will NEVER go to this location again(Preston highway). Went to the PLS on Dixie and the gentleman (Santiago) completely understood what I was saying and called the CORRECT business to verify my check
