I came in yesterday and the customer service was amazing! Carla and her Store manager really helped me out and completed my needs. I cannot remember the store managers name but he was super helpful and even worked with me on the fee piece to get my money. Even though I had a big amount, neither one of them looked inpatient or annoyed! They helped and made sure I got squared away! Def recommend going to this cash checking place anytime! Thank you all for the wonderful customer service!

Hello my name is Cherie. Being that 6/19 is now considered a holiday none of the banks were open, so I was required to come to PLS. A delightful gentleman by the name of Javier assisted me. He was patient, understanding, kind, informative, engaging, friendly, and had a very pleasant smile, which was very refreshing after a long, busy, and humid day. It was along drive for me, however he made it worth the trip. I would definitely come back if needed and or recommend to others.

I visited PLS Check Cashing today as a new customer to purchase a money order. The signs advertised free money orders, so I expected to pay only the cost of the money order itself. However, I was told there would be a $25 processing fee for using my debit card due to their card processing system.
