I wanted to leave a great review on the young man(curly hair and glasses)whom assisted me today. He was very sweet and kind with an wonderful personality. This experience definitely made my day. The whole transaction process was quick and professional. This type of customer service was a 10 out of 10.

I usually go to a different pls out in Lancaster (which I don’t really like at all), but today I wanted to try something new and went to this location. I had a man that helped me today and he had the BEST customer service and was very sweet throughout the whole process. This definitely made a huge impression on me and I will for sure continue to be coming back here again.

This used to be my go to PLS. I understand this is a Mexican area but it hasn't always been. Everyone should be treated equally as customers, not just the Mexican people. They seem to have a new staff, a bit younger overall and not as good with customer service or maybe a bit selective is a better word. I haven't been here in a few months because I rarely get paper checks and I on't care for my banks check deposit process after hours, and usually I'm not off in time to go during business hours.
