I had suffered with shoulder and neck pain for a while and I m looking for the strong massage So I try ploy as recommended from A friend.she definitely helps me a lot. She is definitely one of the best. Definitely, I will return back to her again thank you ploy.
I have been going to Ploy for years now! Her knowledge of the human body is extraordinary, I don’t even have to tell her what hurts a lot of the times as she just knows just getting her hands on you. I get extremely tense because my job and gym and, hand in my heart, Ploy’s massage keeps me going and able to live life pain free. I feel like I am floating in a cloud leaving Ploy’s, I feel lighter taller and super relaxed! I am recommending Ploy to everyone! She is literally a healer!

Ploy is a great sports massage expert, she knows the anatomy very well of the human body and knows the triggers and the weak points that trigger muscle fatigue and cramps. I'm regular comer since 2017 and I recently visited Ploy for a groin problem, after 2 sessions I was able to go out on my runs with pain free. I still keep going to her as I'm working on other issues with my calf, I can't recommend her enough, if you have muscle problems, she will be the right one to help.
