Beware - misleading "sales". They keep advertising free shipping or whatever no minimum or with a minimum but their promo code doesn't work, doesn't even let you input it; comment on their website went unanswered, a call to customer service was not helpful, they said they guess the item didn't qualify even though it said "on everything". I shop online all the time and have never come close to a company like this; totally time wasting and frustrating.
Worst customer service ever!!! I was the only customer in the store inquiring about the sale on the folding rocking chairs. Not only did the sales rep could not give me simple answers about the conclusion of the sale or if available on line, she didn't bother trying to find out. I was planning on purchasing four (must not work off commission). However she brought one box out with an attititude. Awesome Customer Service!! – Stopped by Plow & Hearth the other day for some garden gloves and a new outdoor furniture cover and was pleasantly surprised by what a down to earth and helpful staff they have. I would reccomend this place to all my friends and family, their prices are competitive and the service is phenomenal. Thanks Plow & Hearth!
