He walked me through the process of the work that needed to be done, as well as letting me know the potential risks (I live in a condo building). Charles a été efficace, sympathique et respectueux lors de l'appel de service. À noter qu'ils ont un tarif minimal d'une heure de travail + déplacement. Donc si la réparation prend 30 minutes, 1 heure est chargée sur la facture. Pour avoir engagé 3 compagnies de plomberie dans les 2 dernières années, cela semble être la norme de l'industrie.
