Cela fait plus d'un mois qu'on nous fait niaiser. On nous demande une soumission avec photos, on envoie la soumission et les photos sont oubliées : on nous rappelle un mois plus tard pour nous dire qu'on attend les photos depuis tout ce temps. Alors on envoie une nouvelle soumission avec photos : une semaine plus tard, pas de réponse. Jamais vu un tel manque de professionnalisme.
These guys needs more updated reviews. I called them to replace a leaking valve of our 100 yrs old radiators. CAA recommanded. Not many companies wanted to even touch antique radiators. We sent them photos of the leaking valve. They also explained the 1 man vs 2 man job fees. They were the only company that explained us 2 potential options. Either you have to open the floor to have acces to pipes or won't need to open the floor and just change the valve. No surprises, upfront potential work. Dishonest and incompetent work left a safety hazard and had to be redone by another company. I asked the apprentice to replace or polish the shower valve seats, and for some crazy reason he dissassembled the cartridge and lost some parts. 3GV left with the cartridge spraying water on electrical lines in the floor when the shower was turned on. As the 1959 vintage part is discontinued my only solution is to knock out the cement shower wall and re-tile to replace the faucet. I was quoted an hourly rate for one plumber and two ... read more
