I needed small pieces cut for my drawers. Yes they do business but they welcome residential customers. I wanted EXACT cuts & Elgar took the time to do them for me. I can never get my measurements right so Elgar did it for me. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I was satisfied. 2nd time here. I'll be back
