I needed a case to be done, these ppl own a business yet they screw with you saying " it's graduation, ohh next week, or tomorrow, or give me a couple more days" they nearly had a month from the time the order was submitted when they originally said the order would be done in 2weeks. I found Plexi displays via random Google search, as I was looking for a custom display case for a new ship model that I had purchased. Their website is thorough and detailed on what kinds of products they manufacture. Via one phone call I was able to talk to a live person (who I believe to be the owner), described what I wanted, provided the dimensions, and she gave me a quote over the phone immediately. Do not engage with this company. They are extremely unprofessional and very unethical. We sent them artwork and requested a quote for a display. After MANY emails almost begging for a quote we received a quote that was extremely high. They asked for us to send a contract along with our credit card information. I gave them the contract and provided credit card information and they said that we will not charge the card until we agree on a design. Great place, friendly employees, but prices are ridiculous. A simple piece of 20x 24 3/4 thick plexiglass was quoted twice as high as 80% of other places.
