I always had Alex do my taxes. He passed away and his son took over. I thought i'd still use the family and the son set me up when I needed tax help. We shook hands on phoning him 10 days later. 10 days I could have had tax help elsewhere. The tax deadline is coming up very close. I called on the day we agreed upon and got his secretary. She put me on hold to go get the son. She came back and he flaked me off through her about calling back the following week. I was set up. I lost time needed to go get tax help.
