Very professional and friendly with wealth of knowledge I highly recommend trying Plena Physiotherapy, Jess was extremely clear with everything she explained to me and what was going to be the best course of action for me personally and she made my long term goal seem completely achievable.
I would like to thank Jessica Adams for seeing me today. As this was my initial consultation at Plena Physiotherapy, I felt very comfortable from start to finish. Jessica was very caring during the treatment session and my body was thankful.
Jess is very passionate about what she does. She works with you to meet your goals through amazing strengething/rehab workouts that are anything but boring. I have had physio in the past but have never actually enjoyed doing my rehab until now. Would highly recommend especially to anyone wanting to return to a sport they love.
Jessica provides a comprehensive, warm service (including an email after the appointment covering the key components of the session and the management plan - so helpful!). I am so relieved to have found her to help resolve my back and post-pregnancy issues.
I took my son to see Jessica as he hurt his foot and was not able to play sport which is EVERYTHING to him. Jessica was amazing with him, she made him feel comfortable and explained everything perfectly in a way he could understand. Jessica worked her magic on him and sent us home with some exercises to do and they have worked a treat and he feels 100% better and ready to jump back into what he loves best...Sport! Thanks for your help and support Jessica!
