I do not recommend working here. I completed all of the training courses and also took screenshots of the courses showing complete, just to be bombarded with emails telling me it's not complete. This company is bias in my opinion and they have their favorites and will terminate you based on their personal flawed views of you instead of your actual work. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. They are too strict with their quality assurance rules when it comes to the scripts and the slightest variation or absence of a word in the script could result in a failed call. I was told by my supervisor that I had time to get my QA score up just to receive an email a few days later that I was suspended due to a high rate of failed calls. worked most afternoons during the week and off and on all day on the weekends. I scheduled the Full day for sat and sun, but they made me remove some since we HAVE to take breaks. Well good grief, you have breaks every hour since you run out of calls in the queue. Anywhere from 30 to 45 mins 90% of the time.
