I am writing to sincerely thank Pleasantview team members who assisted everything in my rental townhome these past 3 years — they are Mary Ann, Grace, Jim, and Richard. This place is very convenient and excellent for family, students and many others due to its location, accessibility, decent environment and most importantly the amazing management team mentioned above. It was my enjoyable living experience here. Hope to see the Pleasantview team again in the near future. Cheers.
This place was awesome and I miss it. Such a warm and lively community, great location a 20ish min bike ride away from Whyte ave, on scenic bike lanes no less. Lots of families but also great for childless couples and students. Big mall nearby with a decent grocery store, dollarama, and massive drugstore. Easy access to Southgate station too, great for people who don’t have a car but don’t wanna live downtown. The staff was great. Really reasonable down to earth people.
