I wish I could give Pleasantview a "0". The staff are rude and nasty. They would not answer my dad's call bell for over an hour, then walk in and say, "What's your problem now?" I personally experienced their complete apathy and lack of caring to my dad. My dad entered their rehab alive, and in less than 2 weeks, he was dead! If you care at all about your loved one, you will NOT put them in this place. It should be shut down!

My uncle is currently in this facility they’re only bathing him twice a week sometimes once. His food is always cold. Sometimes the meal only contains four pieces of broccoli and nothing else. They’re short staffed. They barely answer the phone when you call. Please do not send your loved ones here they’re supper neglectful and don’t care about anything but money

my sister is. there and they have lost her clothes and they have torn the stitches open on her left leg and they don't. to be in business of taking care of people

Staff is underwhelming at best and neglectful at worst. The first room my family member was taken to was infested with flys and other bugs. The room was a double and the other person was obviously neglected. Management said the bugs and dirty rooms were normal and said there’s nothing they can do about it. We requested a room change and after another VERY LONG AND ATTITUDE FILLED conversation with management got a different room.
