Staff is underwhelming at best and neglectful at worst. The first room my family member was taken to was infested with flys and other bugs. The room was a double and the other person was obviously neglected. Management said the bugs and dirty rooms were normal and said there’s nothing they can do about it. We requested a room change and after another VERY LONG AND ATTITUDE FILLED conversation with management got a different room. My dad stayed there just recently for about 10 days while he recovers from surgery. He says that he had a good experience there. I visited him there,and the place seems very nice.the young lady working the front desk in the main lobby was very nice and friendly. If me,my dad or anyone we know needs a nursing rehabilitation center,we will definitely consider you people. Thank You!

These people need SHUT DOWN!!!!!! My grandfather was starved, left alone, given no water, he had multiple accidents that had no explanation!!!!!! They let him leave the care facility with his wife without telling her he had broken hips!!!!! They finally called and asked our mom if she was picking him up????? This man was dumped at the hospital with broken hips, a broken spine, bed sores EVERYWHERE, broken feet. He almost died. And it was intentional. This place has a HEFTY lawsuit coming!!!!!
