I walk in today to visit a family member as I walk to the elevator, at least 5 employees are standing there talking about how mr so and so pooped all over the place and how mr other so and so broke things and one of the ladies can go home because they are over staffed. Why did I need to hear that?!? I could give the names of those residents but I have more respect than that unlike the employees that decided to give there report while changing shifts. My mom was there for over a month. They never treated her care or did anything for her. She was sent there to get a biopsy done, that never got done because they told me "her lesions were too small and didn't have cancer " . August 9th of 2025 my mom passed away. She had cancer from her reproductive system all the up. Her kidneys, liver and lungs shut down. When I started yelling at people to do something for my mom it was too late. They finally did lab work on her and was immediately transferred to ICU and later died few da... read more
I loved this place! It was great….at one point I didn’t even want to leave!! Haha, ALL the nurses were fabulous and I miss them so much!!
Administrators are rude and worry about money more than patient. Food is most horrible. Lost weight while there. Had a family member go out of town, so I sent my clothes to the laundry. I made sure my clothes were marked. An aid took me down there and found out the person who did residents clothes only part time. Found a huge basket of all the residents clothes. I’m very pleased with the care my family member received at Pleasantview Care Center. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind from the very beginning. The staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive to our loved one’s needs, making sure they were comfortable and well cared for at all times.
