My mother who was diagnosed with early dementia and parkinsons , stayed at Pleasantview for only a week. Upon being admitted, we were told that residents are checked on, every hr, which gave us reassurance we were making the right decision. I was there with her for most of the duration of that week, to get her settled as it was very hard on her moving to a new enviroment/ surroundings. Staff seem nice, but residents are not tended to. I would NOT recommend!! Look elsewhere.

My wife is a patient there on 3NE and she has not had a pleasant experience over the last two years. From physical abuse,(I have one picture of the physical abuse] to verbal abuse. My wife is bi-polar and when she is being yelled at she gets very emotional. So hard to reach anyone on the phone most of the time. Some of the nurses are excellent as are pca's but there are many who in my opinion are just in it for the pay cheque.
