The care shown by the staff taking care of my Dad brings me comfort. They are kind and patient, with him and with me. I call everyday and they don’t miss a beat carrying the cordless phone down to his room. They gently encourage him and support him, asking about his life. Making sure he is comfortable. Respecting his modesty as best we can when in a health care setting.
The caring, kindness, compassion, knowledge, and patience that the nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, physical therapists, activity coordinators, housekeeping and anyone else I have missed gave towards my mother Peggy Miller was wonderful. Not only to my mother but to me as well her daughter Peggy Mueller who lives out of state. I’m forever grateful.
