Skilled nursing section is a ridiculously expensive disappointment. We were under extreme pressure to find a facility for our parent, and the unscrupulous admissions director at the time quoted us a price about twice the going rate, implying we could "take it or leave it". Pros: Beautiful, clean and modern facility. Great food. But the cons cancel out all of it. The bureacracy when dealing with these people is beyond description. We love living at Pleasant View Communities! The facilities are convenient, residents are a priority, staff is extremely patient and resourceful, and our neighbors very welcoming and friendly. Plus, lots of opportunities to learn and grow, and get imvolved.
