Poor Parking for elderly. Parking lot tends to flood when it rains. Laundry facility old washers and dryers, that overheat. Poor Poor maintenance. Management poor, hard to deal with. Long list of rules, very gossipy. Before you leave the office everyone knows why you were there. Air conditions not maintained, very moldy, and old. Electric bills very high, poorly insulated. Looks good from a distance.Stoves overheat, at least 50degrees. Not cheap when add electric bill.
55+ community with handicap and income sensitive. Parking poor for elderly. Parking lot very icy in winter. If you have company tell them to bring their walking shoes. Looks good from the outside driving by, but look deeper. Cold in winter. Laundry facility washers and dryers 15 years old. If you have younger grandchildren they are NOT welcome, as someone will complain! Management treats residents like they are 3.
