Keep your loved ones somewhere else This was a horrible experience. There were times that my lived one would be waiting after using the call button for several hours. They staff were unaware that I was there. My loved one was told to " not ring the bell so much " although they were completely dependent on care for even having a drink. I witnessed room cleaning staff using the same cloth on the toilet, then wiped the bedside movable table. I have many horror stories from there. Google earth has directed people thru 2615 otter lake road a privated driveway thru horse pasture on 3930 patten road as a way to get to the Health centre These are private and hold houses res’s and cattle leading to private barns etc please stop going this way it is not a road thank you
