Not a welcoming environment. Management is petty and will fine you over any infraction. Shawna is a malignant, condescending, unhappy person with a power trip. They monitor the residents by camera and surprise inspections. The one neighbor i like here has been told they are exercising their right to not allow her to renew her lease.
Don’t expect all your deposit back, they will find something to keep some of it
The property managers are rude and DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. I lived there for 2 years before I bought a home in April. My lease didn't end until July and I made sure I left the apartment squeaky clean and patched up all the holes. I spent 3weeks cleaning and making sure the apartment was in great condition and they still stole $1,000 from my deposit. So disappointed.
