Great staff I appreciate everyone who assisted with my mother
This place is a total mess as soon as you walk in the front door. Extremely unclean & unprofessional.
Diamond, the aide working with my mother today and yesterday helped us to get her out for Mother's Day. She was nice and really seemed to care for my mother. I know the facility has room for improvement, but I've got to shout out Diamond for excellent care.
More concerned with appearance of the physical plant. Some excellent staff, but mostly folks watching the clock and avoiding dealing with inmates. Food service faces shortages. Further, the best that can be said for the food is that it probably won't poison you. If your parents did you wrong, placing them here is your best revenge
