My daughter (5 years old( and I visited over the Victoria long weekend. Needed to get a new helmet and boots for the riding season. Mary greeted us with a big and warm smile. She was so great with my daughter. Having her feel comfortable and sure of the big decisions. Validating choices that a 5 year old would consider crucial. Very impressed with the service and how seamless it all was. We got what we needed and left the store very happy!!! Thank you Mary!!

Best selection of western clothes I've found
Not a very good experience ordered a pair of boots online that were not fully complete and should not have been sold. I have called and spoke to lorie multiple times she says she’ll get back to me it’s now May and the boots were bought before Christmas. Pretty disappointed definitely won’t get my business again!!
This place is incredible. There is not only a huge selection of items, but the customer service is amazing. I've been shopping here for years and recently, had to exchange/return an item that had broken within a day of recieving it. Gerry was who helped us, and shipped us a replacement item free of charge. I was very impressed and thankful for the prompt resolution and will always come here for my future equine needs. Thanks Pleasant Ridge Team!!
