Very friendly people
It's the best place in the area, thanks to aides and nurses like Shauntina, Ms. Jackie, T, Debbie and Mary along with others, my stay here is pleasant. Sharon, Laurie and Jessica make this place pleasant just as the name says! In a field that's lacking Pleasant Lake Villa has found some of the most caring and knowledgeable staff.
My grandma stayed in the memory care center. She really enjoyed the art and music therapy!
I want to take the chance to give high marks to Pleasant Lake Villa. The staff was very compassionate and attentive to my uncle’s needs. Highly recommend!
