I have been laying in bed since 1:15 A.M. on March 31 with chest pain and requesting my lidocaine patch for my chest, which I have been getting every night since I've been here, except for 3 nights that it wasn't given to me. The nurse told me that she just got off break and that there was no order for a lidocaine patch and I told her that's a damn lie because I have been getting them every night and she told me not to be cussing at her and I responded by telling her to do her damn job. This place is horrible. My Mother is a patient here. They do not take care of their residents. They take hours to respond to call buttons. They constantly have information wrong. They feed the patients like animals. Food is horrible. They don't give meds correctly or argue with patients about it. They get 2 showers a week!!! I have called and made complaints which solved nothing. Was told by a nurse need to report this place to the state for neglect! Will definitely follow up! Do not go here!!!!!!

After being in this facility for about two weeks, my mother has been readmitted to the hospital. She was being kicked out of the facility due to good physical therapy evaluations, however they admitted that they never evaluated her with an occupational therapist. She could not get up and down nor dress herself or do any of the basic daily functions.
