Jessica was incredibly helpful. Prior to treatment, I was having a really hard time trusting myself to make decisions. I felt stuck, and frustrated, and my life was kind of at a standstill. Hypnosis has helped me earn my self-trust back. I've already made lots of changes, and things are moving. I'm so grateful for this incredible experience, and on top of it all, Jessica taught me how to do self-hypnosis so that I can keep using these techniques moving forward. Highly recommended!
