I had hurt my knee and had no idea that I didn’t have to wait to go into physical therapy! I thought it needed pre-authorization from my insurance, but that wasn’t the case. Jacob was my physical therapist, and he did great at analyzing what was wrong and creating a plan + workouts for my knee in order to get it back to where it was! He always asked if I had questions and even gave me homework to work on while at home as our goal was to get my knee better as quickly as possible! I’d definitely recommend him & Rock Valley.

I had a great experience there, Patrick took the time to listen and helped me so much with my healing process! I wanted to say thank you so much Patrick! I’m still doing the exercises you taught me and back to my self now! I’m working again and finally made it to Oregon! Thanks again!

I had not previously been to a physical therapist but my wife had been to a few. She found Rock Valley and loved working with Pat. She referred me to them and I worked with Jake. Without experience, I didn't know what I was signing up for but boy am I glad I did. Everything is so transparent and explained so well. The treatment plan and working with Jake worked out perfectly and seamlessly. The relief came quicker than I had imagined. Thank you again Jake and all of Rock Valley.
