Pleasant Gardens assisted living is the best place for my sister. The house is organized and well managed and the residents are clean and well fed. The caregivers who work in this home love the residents, protect their privacy, ensure their independence and spend time with them. The staff are well trained, certified and pass a background check before being hired, which really puts my mind at ease because the last assisted living my sister was in had none of this. Pleasant Gardens assisted living is not a place for Mom not Dad. As a former employee I advise people not to put their family members in this facility. They are unorganized with the staff and the residents that resided there.Most of the nurses that have worked in this facility do not care about the residents, they leave the residents soak in urine and their bowels,as well as,they shows up under the influence of drugs and alcohol.Past residents family members have even found the employee intoxicated.
