the product was just as pictured and was delivered very fast, I am very impressed.
We would recommend caution when buying from PLC Toolbox. We purchased a Reliance Electric drive for 5K+ in late October only to find that, when it was installed approximately a month later, the boards had burn marks and the drive was dysfunctional. We reached out to them but were informed would not allow us to return or have them repair the drive for us because we were outside of the 14 day warranty period. We do not dispute that when we contacted them we were already 15-20 days outside the warranty period but are disappoint... read more
