I'd rather not waste time, I completely understand that Sedgwick insurance doesn't want to aprove any more medical care so going to Court is the only way to settle this.
I received a voicemail on Friday from QME Dr wanting to confirm my appointment that is scheduled for Thursday 4/6/2025. This was news to me since I have not received any letters, calls or emails from PLB informing me in advance of the appointment, I did try calling your office to speak to someone,but was put on hold for a long time.
