Spoke to today as usually horrible attitude I called several times and spoke to different receptionist and they don’t even know any information about the case every single one of them had a different thing to say. Please retrained your employees and have them return calls.

I’ve been working with this firm for about 2 years and yes workers comp in general is hard and difficult but through out this journey.. Janet and Sonya have been amazing always great attitude and always return my calls when there busy.. they are PLBLAW.. make sure to request them if you have any issues they will address them.
