5 stars because the outcome is always the true proof of the work being done but communication with them is tough. I was with them 5 years while they worked on my claim and I only spoke to an attorney a total of about 4 times. Most communication will be between you and an assistant/receptionist. I moved to another state during the process and at that point I had to locate my own dr who was willing to work on a lien bases and had ‘support’ from the firm but not ‘help’.
