Dirty. Rude. Only one employee that seemed to know what they were talking about. Tried to schedule. Asked for prepayment.

Plaza West Massage went through a difficult time recently and was closed for a while due to fire at their old location. Like a firebird, they emerged better than before with a beautiful new facility located in a cool historic building downtown. Matthew, their senior practitioner, is an extremely talented massage therapist and has an intuitive understanding of the body. He has resolved a number of problems for me that if I had tried other healing methods I’m sure would have taken longer and cost more.

There is nothing relaxing about this place. This is the new location. My first time. Still under construction. Half the sauna room was covered in black tarp and duct tape floor to ceiling. I was not informed the sauna was co-ed. Several people in street clothes were given tours of the sauna while I was trying to have a relaxing experience. I gave up on the sauna well before the hour was up. I expect dim lighting and soft voices at a spa facility. The place is lit up like a hospital. Just had a couples massage and wax.. all of the ladies were fantastic! We will both be coming back!
