So, as an assisted living facility I certainly don't understand why the people that are in charge of going on the loud speaker and humiliating the incredibly old incredibly disabled wheelchair bound man and his wife who, stuck out in the hot sun all day had no choice but to panhandle to get a room, how is it that you aren't required to call adult protective services as a mandated reporter witnessing such a thing, but you can put then down over the loudspeaker and show not a single ounce of compassion? The only reason why I haven't giving this place a one star is because I have a relative that lives there. They have bed bugs, roaches and other pest inside the apartments. They haven't sprayed my relatives place since they moved (been there for 3 years). One of the residents is in a wheelchair and he is living in a non-wheelchair apartment. I just don't understand why they treat residents like this. I need them to get on the ball with these senior citizens that live there and take care of the pest that inflict their resident... read more
