Bummed to have to write this review because I've been a frequent customer here over the past couple of years, but my last experience and the lack of response from the salon was too disappointing. The prices here are high but I've always been happy with the pedicure services. They don't offer dip so I have to get gel- those have tended to chip pretty quickly and I've had to go back in to get them fixed, but I live nearby and the spa has been pretty good about it so not a huge deal.
