Can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’m just getting into cycling in hopes of doing triathlons and had never ridden a gear-shift bike before, and I was worried about everything I have to learn and being frowned upon by bike shops, esp after having bought a bike online. I had one exp at a nearby shop that left me feeling like an outsider. Best LBS in North County. Great customer service. They are always happy to offer honest assessment of service/upgrade needs. They have been servicing my Lynskey road bike and Ritchey MTB for a few years now and always do a great job. Good people (and dogs!) all around.
