Great hours and service. If you need anything looks like they have it too. I brought my bike in to get a flat fixed. Scott was super helpful and texted me when the bike was ready for pick up! I found a Dr for my bike and a great bike shop!
I brought my mobility device, a Alinker, tires in and the Andrew did an amazing job replacing them. He’s never seen this device before and was very interested to help.
Avoid at all cost! Called about firmware update and install add-on remote for the BMC e-bike, was told to bring the bike to confirm, brought the bike and met someone who had no clue what I was talking about. Then I have asked to check my chain strength and guy starred to disassemble my seat for no reason until I have stopped him?! I asked not to do it and he then just played with the adjustment screw for 2 min and told me everything is good. Then I was asked to pay $20 for the chain adjustment!...
