Great staff. Very professional. Really care about their clients. If there is a place that goes above and beyond this place is it. Highly recommend. Their service really makes a difference.
My son has been seeing Jess for 8 weeks now and I couldn't recommend her or Playwrite Learnright more highly. The facilities are great, staff are wonderful, and my son has learnt so much in such a short space of time.
Have attempted to contact the 6 times in the last 6 months via phone and email as well as through my daughters Psychologist to get my daughter into Occupational Therapy and never once received a response! Absolutely abysmal customer service, completely lacking in profession etiquette or courtesy. Would not go there now if they begged me.
