I ordered a playset in April of 2024 and received a timely shipping notice, except that shipping notice turned out to be false. Multiple phone calls and more lost time later, they said they'd shipped a replacement. It is now June, two days after they promised I'd receive my replacement order, and nothing. The order status shows up as partially picked up by customer.
As per picking a load up here, I rate it 5 ☆'s....I hadn't even got off my truck when the loader/reciever/shipper approached my window and gave me a dock. The loading began right away, to dock you have to do a tight spin OR do a blind side backing.The staff in the check in office was amazing, very nice people! Thanks guys...
Beautiful selection of children's playsets for outdoors.
Very easy and fast unloading. My driver arrived at 0705 for an 0800appt, he was empty and out of there by 0821. Thank You PlayNation!
