While the unit we purchased from them has done fair, losing about half the stain in three years. If you need a company that performs maintenance on the play set as well, then you might want to look elsewhere. This company's maintenance charges to come and maintain the unit have increased 4x in 3 years which amounted to about 30% of the cost of buying the unit.
