Jake and Amber were great! I was between a few different play sets and they helped me figure out which one I needed. I did all my communication through text, email and phone and was very satisfied with the response time on all platforms. Installation was also very easy. I told the guys where it needed to go and they had it installed in about 3 hours. Overall, it was a great experience!
My local Rainbow dealer retired before I could get a playset for my grandchildren. I found Playground King on Google. They could not have been more helpful. Got a great deal on a playset! I would highly recommend buying from these terrific people!
We worked with Amber to find the perfect playset for our family and house. She was knowledgeable about the different offerings and helped us customize our set on the spot. Delivery and install was shortly thereafter and that team was also very professional and did a great job. Very happy with our experience with the Playground King and our kids love the new backyard! Also be sure to visit the showroom to see all the different sets and let your kids let out some energy.
