Absolute most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. No customer service at all. Doesn’t respond to emails, calls. Same thing with their eBay store. Guess they don’t need a customer who spends thousands a month.
Went here today for the first time and wow!! First off just entering the store you are like a kid in a candy store (or more accurately a card store haha). So much stock, such beautiful displays, and you can tell how much care was put into this place! I chatted with Michael there for a bit who welcomed me in and told me a bit about the store :) the staff is just super friendly. As a Pokemon TCG fan, these are the best prices in town, hands DOWN. An amazing in-store experience with friendly staff! Despite the tragic event of that hit and run happening to them, they have remained positive and ready to start business back up again! Players choice has the best pricing on numerous pokemon cards, accessories like sleeves and top loaders, and more! I'm more than happy to support this great store! :)
