We bought one of this companies toys at a little shop in Newport Harbor and it broke the same day. I wrote to the company hoping for a replacement and they far exceeded my request. Not only did they replace the broken toy but also sent along a few extra toys as well. The CEO even took the time to write a note. Truly an awesome company.
THIS IS NOT A RETAIL STORE FRONT. This is a distribution center. The staff were friendly and understanding. Said they tried to address this misconception with Google but Google has thus far been unresponsive. Other local business owners struggle with Google's responsiveness as well, so not a surprising statement in the least. Hoping that leaving this review will help them and potential shoppers out.

No way to contact company, on their website, except to mail something. I bought my kids a dirt playset and it is missing pieces. I will not be mailing a letter to address this...
