I buy all my running and walking shoes there. They carry the best brands including Topo and Altra. Knowledgeable, patient and friendly staff. High quality sports clothing too. They also have a loyalty program and it's so nice when they say "do you want to use your $20 off?"
Absolutely AWSOME customer care!!! I have experienced many sports stores across the nation and Play Kelowna sets the bar for other retailers to achieve. Connor / Jamie and team were dedicated to finding a solution to my very unique footwear requirements and the most amazing part is that they actually did find the solution with a smile on their faces.
