Had an excellent experience at Play. My daughter and I purchased 2 pairs of shoes: Hokas and Brooks. Jordan answered all our questions and made a sincere case for why these shoes were ideal for our needs. Not only was the in-store sales experience excellent, I truly have never had more comfortable or better fitting shoes for my running needs! Jordan was very knowledgeable about all the brands and we left feeling very confident in our purchases. 11/10 — Highly recommend!
I always have trouble finding the right pair of shoes but the staff at Play have been so helpful and patient with me! I am so grateful we have a place like this in Kelowna that really cares about its customers.
This was our first time there and it was a very positive experience. I needed to replace my running shoes as they had kilometred out. Caleb greeted us immediately upon entering the store. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked all the right questions and very quickly suggested a few options, noting which he felt might be best for me. And he was right. Always enjoy the Play team
Makayla helped me out! She was so kind and thoughtful. I tried on quite a few different shoes and I left with 2 perfect pairs. The next day I decided to exchange one pair for a different color and the young guy that helped me was really helpful and friendly also. The professionalism and care is next level here! The only thing I would change is the sizing and stock availability. Most clothing items only seem to go up to a size large, and many of the larger sizes are often out of stock.
