My husband and I just left Play. I needed a new pair of running shoes and it just so happened that they were celebrating their 10 year anniversary today. The owner had driven in from Nanaimo to be there and we were the last people in the door before they closed for the day. Literally walked in, was greeted and helped instantly with a pair of runners that fit my feet. I’ve tried other places and they have no idea what they are doing, (nothing against them but proper fitting footwear is important). Will be back for future pairs
