Excellent service! I usually have a really hard time getting shoes with wide feet and orthotics but they had a huge selection! I found runners super quick, staff were eager to help, friendly and listening to staff help others, there was a lot of knowledge about general shoe shapes, toe box shapes, neutral/pronated and much more. Highly recommend for runners.
My first visit here wasn't very helpful abd rather discouraging as I said I'm new to running and was looking for trainers but don't have any idea of what I need. My second visit was helpful and I'm very grateful for the employee who took the time to be patient with me as I have some agoraphobia and CPTSD. Shopping is difficult for me. I absolutely love the shoes I got. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Hit up play store today for new pair of runners. Was greeted immediately felt very welcomed as i entered. Probably some of the best service I’ve ever received while running shoe shopping. Jake H was super knowledgeable with every shoe I picked up and looked at. Showed me multiple shoes/styles he thought would work best. He didn’t push anything, was a very comfortable experience. 5/5 service
I went into Play yesterday , February 27, 2025 as the customer service at the big stores in the mall was atrocious. No one seemed to care to help us at all. When I entered Play I was greeted immediately and was helped by Noah, who was very knowledgable and went overboard in helping me find a pair of running shoes. I highly recommend this store and it will definitely be the place I will go whenever I need shoes.
