Allison Chambers was great with me. She helped with both my shoulders and neck. She gave me stretching and strengthening exercises unique to these areas while also taking into account my age. I feel much better after having gone to Play On Physical Therapy!

Allison did an excellent job of explaining my deficits including anatomy and motor control. Her treatments specifically addressed my issues- individualized sessions not cookie cutter rushed treatments. I felt Allison heard me- my concerns and challenges and designed a program to fit my needs and goals. Note Allison and Marcy are excellent educators as well!! TL;DR - POPT and Allison were professional and knowledgeable. They understood my concern, found the root cause, and got me on a path to recovery. After a few months, I am already in a place where I can do everything I want, and I can imagine making the progress needed to make the problem non-existent. Thank you!
