Marci did an amazing job! She helped me understand how I was doing some normal daily things in ways that were causing injuries. I had no idea! She also helped me understand how to strengthen my core, which led to my body healing many of the issues that frustrated me. No meds, no surgery, just body mechanics and knowledge. Thank you Marci!
I highly recommend Play On Physical Therapy. I worked with Allison Chambers for a back injury and she was excellent! Highly knowledgeable about sports injuries and how to recover from them appropriately. She taught me a lot about my body and how to move forward in life without causing myself any injuries with exercising. She is amazing!
I was referred to Play On for sciatica pain and have been working with Mary M for a few weeks. She was able to help me strengthen my muscles and taught me good form for working out and everyday life. She has also helped me with some annoying shoulder pain that I have been dealing with for a few years and have truly improved my quality of life. I’m very thankful to have came here and worked with her and highly recommend anyone to go to Play On!
Marci is great. She took the time to understand my concerns and goals and developed physical therapy plans to help me reach them. I appreciated how she knew how to balance pushing me outside of my comfort zone towards progression but within reason. She uses evidenced based approaches and “knows her stuff.” I would absolutely recommend her to others.
Marci is the first physical therapist that produced results for me for lower back and hip pain. I’ve seen other PT’s who do not read your MRI reports and supply cookie-cutter exercises that do not necessarily apply to each individual problem, and mine are complex and started nearly 2 decades ago.
