I contacted Play Nation Therapy in April of last year for my 5 year old. I received a response very quickly requesting more information, which I provided and also asked how long the waitlist is, which she advised me that since I am flexible with appointment times I might get in quicker but ignored the part In my email about how long roughly the wait is. Following this I asked Madalyn again if she could advise me on roughly how long the wait list is, ie 3months, 6months, 1yr etc. No response. I asked her in 3 separate emails ... read more
